Sales Consultant

Dynamo Recreation (a division of Dynamo Industries, Inc.) is a sales & marketing company specializing in park, playground & recreational equipment. Our market focus is in schools, city parks, apartments, day cares & churches. We have experienced significant growth in the last few years due to our ability to provide exceptional value, service & design capabilities to our customers.

The individual we are seeking will be responsible for sales & service to identified accounts in an assigned geographic & market territory. Primary responsibilities include maintaining & increasing product sales to assigned accounts. Our successful candidates will also establish new accounts & identify new opportunities for products to all prospective customers; introduce new products to existing & current markets and provide on going service. You will also represent Dynamo Recreation at tradeshows and seminars nationwide.

Education Desired: Successful sales representative should possess some college course work and 1-3 years of successful sales experience & territorial management including: activity reports, sales projections, short & long term planning, strategies & tactics.

Minimum Requirements: Candidate will require a positive attitude along with sufficient work ethic to achieve a quota. Must have strong oral presentation skills & the ability to write proposals, time management skills, team player, self-motivated, responsible & achievement oriented. Requirements also include an excellent understanding of customer needs, marketing & sales techniques, and strong interpersonal/communication skills. You must be familiar w/Microsoft Office including, Outlook, time management software, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word. Must possess the ability to communicate at any executive level & possess the ability to make group presentations. Excellent organizational skills & the ability to set & achieve goals, service & sell within assigned territory are required.

Must be willing to travel. Long distance travel is on a frequent basis. Short, local day trips around your area will be required on a regular basis. Overnight travel is required to attend regional & national trade shows. Other overnight travel is required to attend manufacturers facilities & sales meetings.

Compensation is in the form of a salary plus bonus and auto expenses.
